THE « PAUL-ÉMILE BONNEVILLE GRANT »
65 000$ TO HELP YOU BUILD YOUR NEW LIFESTYLE
On the eve of its 65th anniversary, Bonneville celebrates the legacy of its founder by helping three families realize their dreams.
A MEANINGFUL PROJECT
Bonneville launches a unique grant on the eve of its 65th anniversary.
Three families will each receive $65,000 to realize their dream project, their new lifestyle.
TRIBUTE TO PAUL-ÉMILE BONNEVILLE – PIONEER OF ACCESSIBLE LIVING
In 1961, Paul-Émile Bonneville, founder of Bonneville Industries Ltd. laid the foundations for a revolutionary vision at the time: to make home ownership accessible to all.
At the time, he was selling a furnished mobile home for $12,500 and renting the land for $10 a month. He made it possible for young families to become homeowners for the same price as rent. As the family grew, he would offer the ability to trade up to a larger one. More than a builder, he supported families as their home life evolved.
A TANGIBLE GESTURE TOWARDS TRANSFORMING LIVES
“My grandfather believed that every family should have the chance to become homeowners, rather than remaining tenants. This grant is our way of continuing this vision of accessibility to property, almost 65 years later,” underlines Dany Bonneville, co-president.
WHY NOW ?
In the wake of significant price increases in the post-pandemic years, home ownership in 2025 is more challenging than ever.
Bonneville is taking tangible action to enable families to live in a space that represents them.
