JOB OFFER :SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Full-time permanent position 

Bonneville Homes, leader in the pre-engineered homes industry for almost 60 years, is looking for the perfect fit to fill a Sales Representative position at its Chelsea’s office (3, Alonzo-Wright, Chelsea, Quebec).

The selected candidate will be able to present Bonneville Homes in a professional manner and be able to establish a relationship.

More specifically, the daily tasks of the Sales Representative will be:

  • Act as a representative of Bonneville Homes for prospective purchasers
  • Greet and converse with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Tour the model homes with clients and discuss various options
  • Follow up communication

Requirements :

  • Bilingualism (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
  • An independent person who thrives in an autonomous environment
  • A professional and driven sales associate with a dedication to quality service
  • A goal oriented person who enjoys friendly competition, the ability to work well both individually as well as part of a team
  • The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory of during home show events.

Skills :

  • Proven ability to close
  • Strong capabilities in various sales tactics – such as negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A personable and professional demeanor
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service

AFTER SALES SERVICE COORDINATORpublished on September 19, 2019

Bonneville Homes, leader in the pre-engineered homes industry for almost 60 years, is looking for the perfect fit to fill an After Sales Service Coordinator position at its Beloeil Head Office (south shore of Montreal).

The selected candidate will have as main functions to apply the After Sales Service procedures established on residential buildings entrusted to him.

More specifically, the daily tasks of the After Sales Service Coordinator will be :

  • Inspect the homes of its customers in the factory
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers by phone and email
  • Coordinate service visits (materials and labor)

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of construction - be able to read home plans
  • Good knowledge of the Windows Environment (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience in customer service a big asset

Skills:

  • Ordered and structured person
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Good communicator

Full-time permanent position
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40H / week
Salary: to be discussed according to experience
Starting date: as soon as possible
