The selected candidate will have as main functions to assist the transport manager in coordinating the delivery of modular homes to our customers.
More specifically, the daily tasks of the Operations Coordinator will be : 

  • See to the goo management of the load up to the residence of the customer
  • Supervise the installation of the house at the customers (logistic)

Requirements : 

  • Excellent French and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Windows and Outlook

Skills : 

  • Solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files at the same time and meet deadlines
  • Sens of leadership and ability to work under pressure

The selected candidate will be able to present Bonneville Homes in a professional manner and be able to establish a relationship.
More specifically, the daily tasks of the Sales Representative will be : 

  • Act as a representative of Bonneville Homes for prospective purchasers
  • Greet and converse with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Tour the model homes with clients and discuss various options
  • Follow up communication
  • Schedule evaluation appointments
  • Present housing packages to clients and complete full evaluations
  • Keep records and complete data entry into company database

Requirements : 

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience (B2C an asset)

  • Assist with social media management (planning and writing of publications, responses to messages and comments, etc.) – 60% of the tasks
  • Help to update the website information
  • Plan and write newsletters for mailings to the general public and company staff
  • Participate in the development of the marketing strategy
  • Write press releases
