COMMUNICATION & MARKETING TRAINEE POSITION - SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILE - BELOEILpublished on May 26, 2017

Bonneville Homes, a fourth-generation family-run business creating custom homes using trendsetting designs and state-of-the-art construction techniques and leader in its industry since more than 55 years, is looking for a candidate to fill a trainee position in its communication and marketing department, with a social media profile.

Under the responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator, the trainee, in accordance with his (or her) program objectives, shall perform the following duties:

  • Assist in social media management (planning and writing of publications, responses to messages and comments, etc.) - 60% of the mandate
  • Helping to update the information on the website
  • Plan and write Newsletters, for mailings to the general public and company staff
  • Participate in the development of the marketing strategy
  • Draw up press releases related to our news
  • Assist the Marketing Coordinator in the planning of the various Home Shows the company is attending
  • Assist the Marketing Coordinator in actions related to advertising investments (television, radio, print, web)
  • Manage and evaluate submissions for all promotional materials (brochures, business cards, banners, posters, etc.)
  • Ensure the proper use of the brand in all communications and advertising of the company
  • Be aware of the various marketing opportunities available to the company
  • Any other related tasks

Required profile :

  • Bilingualism, both oral and written
  • Excellent editorial skills
  • Excellent knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Organized, rigorous and effective
  • Sense of initiative, energy, passion and commitment

Other requirements:

  • Student's field of study: communication, marketing or other relevant program. Training ideally completed or in the process of being.
  • Any other relevant experience related to the job will be considered an asset
  • Owning a car for occasional trips would be an asset
  • Duration of the training period is flexible (in accordance with the student's program), but shall begin ideally in mid-August 2017, for a period between 12 and 15 weeks
  • Day hours, 2-3 days a week, 8:30 am to 5 pm (work mainly on weekdays, but internship days can be transferred during weekends when the company participates in events)
  • Unpaid internship

Bonneville Homes is looking for an "Outside and residential maintenance man" (or woman), for its office in Mont-Tremblant. First of all, the job is to take care of the landscaping: opening and closing of land, lawn mowing, landscaping, etc. The candidate must also carry out the interior and exterior maintenance of the model houses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organizing drivers schedules;
  • Give drivers directions for each trip;
  • Track drivers' hours of service to ensure compliance;
  • Communicate effectively with employees and clients;
  • Order various permits and escorts, for Quebec and outside;
  • Support client requests;
  • Optimize operations during the day and manage assignment changes;
  • Monitoring of problems, changes to be made and changes to operations;
  • Effectively address all issues impacting customer service;
  • Any other tasks related to the distribution.
Required skills:
  • Experience in distribution;
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations for non-dimensional transportation, knowledge of equipment required;

  • Ability to manage multiple files at the same time and meet deadlines;
