The selected candidate will have as main functions to answer to the clients (phone, e-mail, on site) and perform the various administrative tasks related to the position.
More specifically, the daily tasks of the Receptionist will be :

  • Welcome the clients on site
  • Provide a good customer service
  • Answer the phone calls
  • Any other related tasks

Requirements :

  •  0 to 2 years of experience in customer service

Full-time temporary position for one year (Maternity leave replacement) 

Bonneville Homes, leader in the pre-engineered homes industry for almost 60 years, is looking for the perfect fit to fill a Marketing Assistant position at its Beloeil Head Office (south shore of Montreal). 

The selected candidate will mainly assist the Marketing Coordinator in the development of the company’s marketing strategy.
More specifically, the daily tasks of the Marketing Assistant will be :

  • Assist with social media management (planning and writing of publications, responses to messages and comments, etc.) – 60% of the tasks
  • Help to update the website information
  • Plan and write newsletters for mailings to the general public and company staff
  • Participate in the development of the marketing strategy
  • Write press releases
  • Assist the Marketing Coordinator in the planning of the various Home Shows Bonneville Homes is taking part in
  • Assist the Marketing Coordinator with advertising placements (television, radio, print, web)
  • Manage and evaluate quotes for all promotional materials (brochures, business cards, banners, posters, etc.)
  • Ensure the proper use of the brand in all communications and advertising of the company
  • Be aware of any marketing opportunities for the company
  • Any other related tasks

Requirements : 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a job with similar functions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing Profile (or any other relevant profile)
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Access to a car for occasional travels is an asset

Bonneville Homes is looking for the perfect fit to fill a Coordinator position for its construction department at its Beloeil Head Office (south shore of Montreal).

The daily tasks of the Coordinator will be : 

  • Prepare mandates for our contractors
  • Purchase materials and track delivery of materials on various construction sites in Canada
  • Negociate with customers in various situations
  • Offer after-sales service
  • Ensure the good coordination between the different departments (sales, design, technical department, purchase, production and transport)
  • Approve billings from contractors

Skills : 

  • Excellent French and English
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Windows and Outlook
  • Problem-solving skills

SERVICE MAN - BELOEIL'S OFFICEpublished on June 21, 2019

Bonneville Homes is looking for a Service Man, based at the Head Office of Beloeil. The Service Department at Bonneville Homes is responsible to collect the deficiencies on the delivered houses. The Service Man has to go to customer's house to respond to the service call and carry out the necessary work.

Examples:

  • Connecting an air exchanger
  • Replacing a window thermos
  • Replacing a kitchen cabinet
  • Ajusting doors
  • Any other related finishing tasks

Candidate must:

  • Have a good knowledge of building/construction
  • Be able to work on the road (sometimes at long distances and for several days)
  • Possess basic tools
  • Own a vehicule (a trailer would be an asset)

Full-time permanent position. Entry into office as soon as possible. Salary to be discussed.
