The Maison Enfant Soleil designed by Bonneville

Bonneville Homes is a fourth-generation family business that has pushed the boundaries of factory-built housing for 55 years. Its mission is to design, build and deliver unique, trend-setting housing concepts using cutting-edge construction techniques.

The Bonneville family is involved in many causes and foundations. So when we were given the opportunity to work with Opération Enfant Soleil and be a part of this great adventure, we said yes right away. When Paul-Émile Bonneville founded Bonneville Homes, he wanted to make home ownership more accessible for young families. Today, we’re following in his footsteps and partnering with Opération Enfant Soleil, for a fifth year in a row, to help families—only this time, it’s families with sick children. That’s why we’re proud to be the official construction company of the 2019 Maison Enfant Soleil designed by Bonneville!

With help from many loyal partners, we built and decorated the 2019 Maison Enfant Soleil designed by Bonneville.

The founder of Bonneville Homes would name his new house models after his children and grandchildren. To continue this tradition, we decided to name the Maison Enfant Soleil Alexis, after the Opération Enfant Soleil ambassador for 2019.

All about innovation
Every year, the team strives to outdo itself by coming up with a wow-worthy design that is as esthetically beautiful as it is functional. Alexis has definitely meets this description. The gorgeous two-storey home boasts 2,000 square feet of space, divided up into various areas for every member of the family. Outside, a majestic double-pitched, ledgeless roof is the epitome of contemporary sophistication. The clean lines flow all the way into the interior, where the large common living spaces feature high ceilings and exposed wood beams. Add to that the breathtaking 32-foot-long window wall and it’s easy to see that this home is in sync with the surrounding environment.

Other features of Alexis
The four-module layout will knock you off your feet the second you cross the threshold. The entrance leads to a 680-square-foot open-plan area. The kitchen has been carefully thought out, with not one but two work islands for ease of use and practicality. The adjacent walk-in pantry and laundry room are the height of convenience. A master suite and a powder room round out the ground floor. Upstairs are two other bedrooms, a full bathroom and, last but certainly not least, access to a 200-square-foot rooftop patio. A great home for making family memories that last a lifetime!
