Bonneville advantages

For over 55 years, Bonneville Homes has been committed to designing, manufacturing and marketing innovative, eco-friendly and high-performance housing solutions.

Bonneville R-3000 building system

The Bonneville team has spent years analyzing how houses age over time and react to our severe weather conditions. Our determination to constantly come up with innovative new techniques means our quality standards are more stringent than construction industry requirements.

Armed with this knowledge, we have revolutionized the concepts of quality and performance with our industry-leading Bonneville R-3000 building system. Today's consumer is looking for comfort, quality, durability, design excellence and minimal upkeep costs. And, at Bonneville, that's precisely what we deliver. For these and many other reasons, we are convinced that the factory-built home is the home of the future.

High quality-control on building materials and work execution

Quality-control begins with a meticulous material selection. In fact, our design concept requires materials and assembly of superior quality, such as:

  • Cellulose fibre installation instead of fibreglass wool.
  • Open joist floor truss system instead of conventional floor joist.
  • All kiln-dried lumber for the entire structure.
  • Interior partitions in kiln-dried lumber and/or light gage steel studs.
  • High performance windows.

Every stage of the production on the assembly line is precisely adapted to the required execution detail.

Thermal and acoustic insulation

Each module having its independent structure, floors and ceilings being totally detached, and the thermal and acoustic insulation of the walls are as many elements contributing to support a better soundproofing between dwelling units.

Weatherproof construction and storage

Moreover, materials that are affected by exposure to elements are always stored in a heated and dry warehouse.
